Meanwhile, Köga and the others learn that a Pallasite is after Ryühö and rush to assist him, but when Ryühö finds himself struggling to protect his mother Shunrei from the Class-3 Pallasite Twinrod Halimede, his renewed determination awakens his true power as the Dragon Saint and the new Dragon Cloth, with which he defeats Halimede with his Rising Dragon.
